국가에서는 장애인정책종합계획에 따라 2007년부터 특수아동이 일반학생과 어울려 수업할 수 있는 통합학급이 운영되고 있다. 통합학급의 특수아동 학부모는 특수학급과 통합학급 두 반에 속해 있기 때문에 만나야 하는 교사도 두 명이다. 그로인해 두 교사와 모두 소통해야 하는 어려움도 있지만, 특수아동에 대한 서로 간의 잘못된 견해 때문에 커뮤니케이션이 어렵게 되는 경우가 있다. 본 연구는 특수아동의 학부모와 교사들 간에 겪는 문제들을 해결하고 각 주체 간 커뮤니케이션을 개선하여 서로 간에 신뢰할 수 있는 분위기를 형성하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 방법으로 특수아동의 학부모와 통합, 특수 교사를 위한 어플리케이션을 제안하여 각 주체간의 관계를 개선하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 특수아동을 둘러싼 주체들의 커뮤니케 이션이 개선됨으로써 장애아동과 비장애아동이 더불어 살아가는 교육환경을 제공할 수 있으며, 앞으로 나오게 될 소외계층을 위한 연구의 초석이 될 것이다.

Government was operated special classes who studied with special needs students and the general since 2007 according to National disability policy. Parents of children with special needs should meet two teachers, since their children belong to two classes; special class and inclusive class. Therefore, occasionally, they have difficulties in communicating with teachers, due to wrong opinions views of each other on children with special needs, in addition to the difficulty in meeting two teachers, at the same time. The purpose of this study is to form an atmosphere that parents of children with special needs and teachers can trust each other, by settling problems that they experience, and improving communication between each subject. As a research method for achieving this purpose, this study proposed an application for parents of children with special needs and teachers of inclusive and special classes in order to improve the relationship between each subject. This research would provide an educational environment in which students with and without disabilities can live in harmony, by improving communication between subjects related with children with special needs, and be the foundation stone of research for the neglected class in future.
