전 세계 정부는 지구온난화와 기후협약에 따른 온실가스 배출억제를 위한 노력을 기울기고 있다. 정부는 온실가스 감축 방안의 하나로 에너지 사용량이 비교적 높은 건축산업분야에 대하여 에너지 사용 효율화 정책방안을 제시하고 있다. 건축은 복잡한 인간의 행위를 담고 있어, 건축물 자체의 에너지 효율화뿐 아니라 대지와 지역 환경의 특성, 기계전기 설비와 함께 복잡한 내용으로 이루어져 있다. 정보는 2013년 3월 23일부터 녹색건축 조성 지원법이 시행됨에 따라 관련 규정들에 많은 변화가 이루어지게 되었다. 각 규정에 대한 정책의 의미와 변화의 내용을 조사하고, 비교 분석하여, 시행에 있어 개선사항과 제언으로 첫째, 에너지절약 설계에 대한 에너지 성능지표의 평가로 단일화와 함께 간소화 시키며, 시행에 대한 관리 감독으로 이여 지는 것이 바람직하며, 둘째, 기존 건축물의 에너지 성능 절감을 위한 지원이 확대되어야 하며, 셋째, 신재생 에너지의 개발과 촉진은 건축 분야와 직접적인 관계가 약하기 때문에 권장사항으로 유지되기를 제언한다.

Second, Building energy efficiency rules should be extended to the application of the existing building. Third, Promotion of renewable energy Act should be recommended because It is not a matter of architecture directly.
