日本の大學生における性別による談話展開のパタンの樣相及び特徵を調べてみるため、分析の內容を大きく儀禮的な言語行動と意圖的な言語行動に分けた。儀禮的な言語行動である序頭談話と終結談話において、男子學生は女子學生とは違って心理的に近い關係だと思う友だちには애擦や謝罪などを省略する言語傾向が分かった。意圖的な言語行動においては、約束の取消しの理由を具體的に提示するのは相手からの理解や了解のためであり、またやむを得ない狀況を知らせることで取消し者の面子もある程度まもることができると思うためである。 なお、友だち同士で婉曲な表現や丁寧な言語表現行爲を取るのは取消される側との摩擦を減らし、關係を續けて維持したいという意圖と謝罪の意圖が含まれていると見られる。メ-ルによって日本人と約束を取消す場合、正確な文法や自然な文型の習得も重要であるが、性別による適切な談話スタイルや言語表現行爲の理解がより重要であると言えよう。

To review the aspects and characteristics of conversation development patterns of Japanese university students by gender, analysis contents were divided into formal language behaviors and intentional language behaviors. In starting and closing, which are formal language behaviors, male students do not greet or apologize to friends who they think psychologically close unlike female students. In intentional language behaviors, the reason why they explain the reason they should cancel appointment is to get understanding and acknowledgement from the counterpart. Additionally, it may be because they think they can keep their face by notifying inevitable situation. Furthermore, the reason why they use moderate expressions or polite languages to cancel appointment is to reduce conflicts and to keep the relationship intact. It also includes the intention of apology. When we need to cancel an appointment with Japanese via email, it is very important to understand appropriate conversational style and language expression behaviors according to gender as well as to know accurate vocabulary, grammar, natural expression and style.
