본 연구는 복합적 성격을 지닌 자기소개서를 작문 교육적 측면에서 고찰하면서 광고에서 주로 활용하는 설득 커뮤니케이션 전략을 자기소개서 쓰기의 각 단계에 변형·적용하여 개발한 새로운 모형을 중등학생의 자기소개서 쓰기에 적용하기 위한 것이다. 이 모형의 장점을 극대화하기 위해서는 협력적 모둠 활동 방식으로 수업을 진행하는 것이 바람직하다. 학생들은 자기소개서 쓰기의 모든 단계에 걸쳐 교사, 동료와의 협의와 토의를 통해 피드백을 받고 스스로의 자기조정 과정을 경험하게 된다. 이는 자기소개서의 핵심적인 특징이라고 할 수 있는 ‘소통’에 초점을 맞춘 교수·학습 모형이라고 볼 수 있다. 학생들은 각 단계에서 자신에 대해 깊이 있고 다각적으로 생각할 수 있으며, 자신의 삶의 여러 부분 중에서 가치 있는 것을 찾아 내어, 이를 전략적인 스토리로 풀어 낼 수 있을 것이다. 상세화된 각 단계의 활동을 수행하는 동안 학생들은 글쓰기의 큰 방향성을 찾고, 핵심적인 전략들을 활용할 수 있으며 더 나아가 자기소개서뿐 아니라 다른 장르의 글쓰기에 있어서도 이를 적용하여 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The Purpose of this study is to develop teaching-learning model of writing self-introduction letter for secondary students through persuasive communication strategy. In this process, students can experience self-ad-justment by consulting and discussing with colleagues. This model focus-es on the ‘communication’ which is the core character of Self-introduction Letter writing. In all the steps of writing, students can make a strategic story by finding the precious things in their lives and find a important direction of writing. They can use of core strategy and apply to write not only Self-introduction Letter but also other genre writing.
