본 연구는 성폭력피해자의 치유상담 과정에서 중요하게 다루어야 할 주제들이 무엇인지를 탐색하고, 이에 대해 전문가적 합의를 거쳐 치유상담의 구성 내용을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 성폭력상담 전문가들의 합의 과정을 도출하기 위하여 델파이 방법을 사용하였다. 먼저 성폭력상담 전문가 42명을 전문가 패널로 구성하였으며 3회에 델파이조사에 지속적으로 참여한 32명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 최종 확정된 치유상담 내용 요소의 중요도를 산출한 결과, 성폭력피해자 치유상담에서 중요하게 다루어야 할 주요 범주는 ‘정서조절’, ‘핵심신념 변화’, ‘행동조절’, ‘섹슈얼리티’, ‘외상후 스트레스’ 등 5개 범주로 나타났다. 그리고 하위요소는 ‘가해자에 대한 분노’, ‘자존감 저하’, ‘자기에 대한 분노’, ‘무력감’, ‘죄책감’, ‘우울’, ‘가해자 처벌’, ‘수치심’, ‘불안’, ‘부정적인 자기-도식’ 등 37개의 요소가 도출되었다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제시한 성폭력 치유상담의 내용 요소가 성폭력 상담의 실제에 적용되기 위한 가능성에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this research is to develop the healing counseling contents for the victims of sexual abuse. In this research, delphi method was used to draw consensus from the site experts in the field of sexual abuse. The data which were included in the final analysis were the data of only 32 experts who continuously participated in the three-way delphi survey. The degree of importance was calculated for the areas of each contents respectively. The results of the comparison are as follows. First of all, major categories to address for the curing of the victims of sexual abuse were 5 categories of ``emotions``, ``core belief``, ``sexuality``, ``post traumatic stress``, ``coping strategies``, and 37 sub-factors including ``anger against sexual offender, ``declining of self-esteem``, ``anger against self``, ``feeling of helplessness``, ``sense of guilt``, ``depression``, ``punishment of sexual offender``, ``shame``, ``anxiety`` and ``distorted self-schema`` were selected. Implication for sexual abuse healing counseling and practice were discussed.
