본 연구는 청소년의 따돌림 피해경험과 자살생각과의 관계에서 충동성과 문제해결 능력의 조절효과와 따돌림의 종류에 따른 피해경험이 자살생각에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 서울지역 중, 고등학교와 경북지역 중학교 학생 685명(남학생: 452명, 여학생: 233명)으로 자기 보고식 설문지를 통해 연구가 수행되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 따돌림의 피해 경험은 남학생이 여학생보다 더 많았지만, 자살생각과 자살시도는 남학생보다 여학생이 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 따돌림의 네 가지 종류 즉 신체적, 언어적, 관계적 및 사이버 따돌림 중에서 관계적 따돌림과 사이버 따돌림이 청소년의 자살생각에 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 동일하게 따돌림을 당한다고 해도 청소년의 충동성이나 문제해결 능력의 정도에 따라 자살생각에 미치는 영향이 다른 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 청소년의 따돌림 피해경험과 자살생각 간의 예방적 함의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

Since 2009, suicide has been the first reason of the adolescents`` mortality in Korea. This study was aimed at investigating the effect of bully-victim experience on suicidal ideation of adolescents focused on the moderating effects of impulsivity and problem solving ability, and the differences of effect depend on the types of bullying. The data, collected from 685 middle and high school students(boy: 452, girl: 233) in Seoul and Kyungsang Bukdo province, were analyzed by the statistics software SPSS 19.0 in which descriptive statistics, factor analysis, multiple moderating regression analysis are utilized. The results of this study imply that the types of bullying have different effect on adolescents`` suicidal ideation. Boys experienced bullying more than girls. Girls who were bullied had more suicidal ideation than boy. The relational bullying and cyber bullying give greater effect than physical and verbal bullying on suicidal ideation of adolescents. And the moderating effects of impulsivity and problem solving ability are presented on adolescents`` suicidal ideation, when adolescents are victimized by bullying.
