이 연구는 자기결정 교수 실행과제 현장 적합도를 교사의 인식수준을 통해 알아보는 것으로 전반적인 적합도 인식수준과 교사배경 변인(성별, 교직경력, 소속 학교, 소속 과정, 수업 및 연수경험)에 따른 적합도 인식수준을 구체적으로 분석하여 현장교사들이 지적장애학생들의 자기결정 능력을 증진시키기 위해 실행과제를 활용하도록 하는 근거를 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 특수학교 및 특수학급 교사 210명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 적합도 인식수준을 조사·분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 자기결정 교수 실행과제에 대한 적합도는 ``높음`` 이상 수준으로 이는 자기결정 교수 실행과제를 교육 현장에서 활용하는데 적합함을 증명한다. 둘째, 교사의 배경변인에 따른 적합도 인식수준에서 소속 과정에 따른 적합도에서 고학년일수록 평균값은 크고, 초등부와 고등부 간에 유의미한 차이가 있다. 이는 초등부에 비해 지역사회로의 전환단계에 있는 고등부 학생들에게 자기결정 능력이 더욱 강조되고 있음과 일치한다. 다른 배경변인에 따른 적합도에서는 의미 있는 차이가 없다.

The purpose of this study is to identify goodness of fit on self-determination instruction implement tasks for students with intellectual disability by detailed analysis on recognition level of teachers, and for teachers to make use of the implement task to improve self-determination abilities of the students. For the purpose, 210 teachers in special schools and special classes that instruct students with intellectual disability were selected in objects of study. T-test and F test were performed after surveying the teachers`` recognition level on the "goodness of fit "The findings are as follows; First, the "goodness of fit" is more than ``high`` in the whole and all of areas. This proves to be suitable for teachers to use the implement tasks in their education fields Second, in teachers`` recognition level on the "goodness of fit" based on the backgrounds of teachers, the recognition level of teachers in high level schools is more than that of teachers in low level schools, and there is a statistically meaningful difference between the high school and the elementary school. However, there is no statistically meaningful difference according to the other backgrounds.
