이 글은 글쓰기를 윤리적 감각을 조절하며 주체성을 확립하는 실천적 작업으로 이해하고, 글쓰기 윤리 교육의 목표와 방향을 탐색하고자 했다. 대학 글쓰기에서 윤리 문제는 대체로 윤리 위반 행위 방지에 초점이 맞추어져 있지만, 이 문제는 글쓰기에 대한 자의식을 확립하지 않고는 근본적으로 해소될 수 없는 것이라 할 수 있다. 대학 글쓰기 교양 교육은 본원적으로 함축하고 있는 인문주의적 비판의식이나 저항성과의 연계 속에서 검토될 필요가 있으며, 주체의 윤리적 감각은 시민성과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이 글에서는 우선 글쓰기 주체가 다양한 타자들과 조우하는 사유의 장으로써 글쓰기를 인식하기 위해 타자성 담론을 검토했다. 예상 독자만을 고려하는 것이 아니라, 숨어 있는 제3의 타자들과 과거와 미래의 타자들을 염두에 두고 글을 쓰는 훈련을 한다면 글쓰기 주체의 윤리적 감각이 조율되고, 사유의 폭과 깊이가 확대될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 글쓰기를 문제제기적인 수사학은 유용해 보인다. 문제제기로서의 수사학은 글쓰기를 다양한 타자들이 제기하는 물음을 마주하면서 작성되는 것이고, 동시에 다양한 물음을 촉발시키는 교섭의 장소로 이해하는 것이다. 문제제기로서의 수사학의 도입은 글쓰기에서 맥락과 전제들을 검토하는 가운데 주체의 윤리적 감각을 조율하고 창의적이고 비판적 사고력을 확대하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 고등교육에서의 글쓰기에서는 글의 정치성과 관련된 개념을 학습할 수 있도록 구성될 필요가 있다. 글쓰기가 실천적 행위로서 이해될 수 있도록 하는 커리큘럼이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 여기에는 글쓰기의 미적 자율성의 문제가 정치성의 측면에서 어떻게 이해될 수 있는지도 포함될 필요가 있다.
This essay was meant to interpret writing as practical work by controlling the moral sense and setting up the subjectivity and meant to search for object and direction of morality and ethics education in writing. Writing violation problems in university level writing fundamentally focused on preventing unethical violation in writing, but the main problem is that unethical violation in writing cannot be fundamentally solved without having self-consciousness in writing. University writing ethics course needs to be reviewed under the combination of humanistic sarcasm and resistibility, which are fundamentally implied, and ethical sense of a subject has close relationship with civic attitude. In this essay, discussion of otherness is reviewed in order to recognize writing as a privately owned place to meet various people with subjective idea. If newly writers practise writing with consideration of not only the target audience, but also invisible the third audience and past and future audience, ethical sense of subject of writing will be resolved and the depth and width of thought will be critically increased. For this, rhetoric, which presents problems to readers, seems useful in writing. Rhetoric, as a problem-posing, creates essay with facing problem presentation from various others and acknowledge the essay as a bargaining place, which triggers various questions, at the same time. Introduction of rhetoric, as a problem-posing, is expected to contribute to resolve ethical sense and develop creative and critical thinking while checking context and premises in writing. Also, higher education writing course needs to reform in order to learn basic concept of writing`s political nature. Curriculums, which teaches interpretation of writing as a practical act, needs to be provided. It also need to include how the problems of esthetical autonomy of writing is interpreted on the political side.
