오랜 시간 동안 비즈니스에서 제품개발은 좋은 상품을 유지하거나경쟁사보다 앞선 기술과 기능으로 시장을 점유하는 것이 목적이었다. 하지만 최근에는 사람들이 제품과 서비스를 직접 사용해보면서 느끼는 경험이 진정한 차별화 요소이며, 현재 제품개발에서 중요한 전략이다. 이처럼 사용자는 제품이나 시스템의 형태가 아닌 상호관계를 통한 경험에서 가치와 만족도를 느끼고 있고 사용자 경험(UX)의 중요성은 더 높아가고 있다. 하지만 실제로 프로젝트에 UX 프로세스를 도입하려 하면 여러 가지 혼란스러운 점을 발견한다. 이러한 배경으로 본 논문의 목적은 체계적인 사용자 경험(UX)을 중심으로 사용자의 Insights가 무엇인지를 발견하고, 발견된 Insights를 가지고 효과적인 제품디자인을 제시하는 것이다. 실제 드럼세탁기Control Panel의 UX디자인 도출의 과정을 통해 체계적인 사용자 경험(UX) 디자인 프로세스를 적용한 디자인을 제안하고자 한다.

For a long time, Product Research & development in all business without exception have struggled to raise market penetration focusing on advanced technology compared to competitor Now these days, It has been changed. Business is about to pay attention on Not technology but user experience of their product first. Because users obtain values and satisfaction based on their experience not a number of product features or system. But when we graft UX(user experience) methodology in a work field, sometimes we can feel it`s hard and confusing. With such a background, the objective of this paper is to suggest an effective product design in a field to discover user insights by the systematic & adaptive UX design methodology In fact, this paper will suggest the design of the Drum Washing Machine Control Panel considering real spot through the process of UX design.
