본 연구의 목적은 고등학생을 대상으로 사회부과적 완벽주의와 내면화된 수치심이 학업지연행동에 영향을 미친다고 상정하고 이를 검증하고자 하였다· 나아가 내면화된 수치심과 사회부과적 완벽주의가 상호작용하여 학업지연행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다· 특히, 학업지연행동에 대한 사회부과적 완벽주의의 순기능과 역기능적인 영향력을 검증하고자 하였다· 이를 위해 서 울시와 경기도에 소재한 2개의 인문계 고등학교에서 482명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 검증을 위해 SPSS 22·0을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다· 분석 결과 사회부과적 완벽주의는 내면화된 수치심을 통해 학업지연행동을 높이는 역할을 하는 반면, 내면화된 수치심이 학업지연행동을 높이는 과정을 완충하는 양가적인 역할을 한다는 것이 확인되었다· 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 고등학생의 학업지연행동을 감소시키기 위해서는 사회부과적 완벽주의로 인해 높아진 내면화된 수치심을 다루기 위한 개입 방안을 마련하고, 내면화된 수치심이 사회부과적 완벽주의의 정도에 따라 그 기능이 변하므로 사회부과적 완벽주의에 대한 긍정적인 측면의 이해가 선행되어야 함을 시사한다·

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between Socially Prescribed Perfectionism, and Internalized shame and Academic Procrastination from researching high school students. Moreover, the effects of academic procrastination from interaction between internalized shame and socially prescribed perfectionism can be verified in this study. Especially, this study discussed about proper effect and adverse effect on academic procrastination from socially prescribed perfectionism. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted to 482 high school student in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and used by SPSS 22.0 to analyze. From the analysis, socially prescribed perfectionism increases one``s academic procrastination through internalized shame. However internalized shame performs to ease rapid rise in academic procrastination. Thus, this study tells to find the way people treat their internalized shame that increased by socially prescribed perfectionism to reduce academic procrastination of high school student. Furthermore, positive understanding of socially prescribed perfectionism is needed to control the internalized shame, for the degree of socially prescribed perfectionism changes its function.
