본 연구의 목적은 국어과 예비 교사들의 수업 실행에 나타난 문제 양상을 탐색하고, 국어과 예비 교사들에게 필요한 수업 실행 지도 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대전 지역 A대학교 국어과 예비 교사 45명의 수업 자료와 심층 인터뷰 자료를 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 국어과 예비 교사들이 수업 목표와 관련하여 동기 유발 활동을 적절하게 제시하지 못하는 문제, 수업에 필요한 지식이나 개념을 불완전한 형태로 변환하는 문제, 교수법을 잘못 적용하는 문제, 교실 의사소통에 능숙하지 못한 문제, 수업 내용을 제대로 평가하지 못하는 문제를 확인하였다. 그리고 이런 문제들이 국어 교과 내용 지식과 교수 내용 지식의 문제 때문에 나타난 것으로 보고 예비 교사들에게 제공할 수업 실행 전략과 이를 실행할 수 있는 반성적 티칭 포트폴리오 활동을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify problematic aspects occurring in Korean language classes taught by pre-service teachersFor this purpose, subject instructions implemented by 45 Korean language pre-service teachers in “A” University in Daejeon were examined and Some of them conducted in-depth interviews to identify problems. The results indicated that the problems faced by Korean language pre-service teachers included a failure to appropriately propose motivational activities related to the course objectives in the class, inappropriate explanations on the concepts necessary for the class, application of inappropriate teaching techniques, lack of communication skills in the classroom, and finally, inadequate evaluation of course contents. And then, this study proposes reflective teaching portfolio activities as a strategy to solve these problems.
