본고의 목적은 한문 교과에서 체계적인 언어생활 한자 어휘 학습을 담보하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한 것이다. 2009개정 중학교 한문 교과서의 분석을 통해, 언어생활 한자 어휘와 본문 한문 글감과의 연계성, 기학습 한자를 이용한 어휘의 확장, 언어생활 한자 어휘의 체계적인 배치와 활용 등에 있어 여러 문제가 노정됨을 파악하고, 이를 해결할 방안의 하나로 ``한자 생활``이라는 대단원을 독립적으로 구성할 필요가 있음을 주장하였다. ``한자 생활`` 단원은 ``한자→ 한자 어휘→ 문장→담화``의 체계를 갖는 것이 효과적이며 한자 어휘의 선정 및 제시 기준으로는 빈도수, 기초 어휘, 투명도와 아울러 한문 교과의 특수성도 고려할 필요가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 언어생활 한자 어휘 영역을 독립시키고 그 체계에 맞게 교수 학습하는 것은 언어생활 한자 어휘를 효과적으로 가르칠 수 있는 장점뿐만 아니라 언어생활 한자어휘의 포섭으로 인해 적잖은 제약을 받았을 것으로 예상되는 ``한문`` 글감의 제시, 설명에도 긍정적인 영향이 있을 것으로 기대된다.
This essay aims to seek for strategies to secure the learning of Classical Chinese vocabulary for daily use in Classical Chinese curriculum in more systematic ways. Through analyzing of middle school textbooks based on the 2009 revised Classical Chinese national curriculum, we understand that the textbooks expose several issues, such as connectivity between Sino-Korean words and reading materials of the textbooks, on extension of vocabulary learning by applying the pre-learned Chinese Characters, or on systematic arrangement and application of Classical Chinese vocabularies for daily use. Based on the textbook analysis, we suggest to set a large unit of "Chinese Characters in life", independent from other large units as one of strategies to solve the current problems. In this newly established unit, we should not only consider the corelation of four steps: ``Chinese Character`` → ``Sino-Korean word`` → ``sentence`` → ``dis- course``, but also weigh up the frequency of words, the basic vocabulary, the corelation rate between the meaning of Chinese Character and the meaning of Chinese word, as a standard of selection. We expect that through making a part of Classical Chinese vocabulary for daily use independent and teaching it in its own organize system, Classical Chinese education not only has the advantage of teaching Sino-Korean words more effectively, but also, to a certain degree, gets freed from restraints which are supposed to occur in the process of selecting or explaining Classical Chinese reading materials.
