The Effect of Mixed Essential Oil to Skin Condition of Some 20 Female University Student

This study examined the effects of Lavender, Cypres, Eucalyptus Mixed Essential Oil. The subjects were 20s females who have lots sebum output. The subjects used Mixed Essential Oil after cleansing twice per day each morning and night for six weeks. They smelled scent three times, breathed through nose, and absorbed 1ml~2ml of oil to skin by rubbing for 1 minute. Then sebum output, porphyrin index, pore size, melanin, and skin tone were analyzed by a skin analyzer(PSI Co., Ltd., Korea) to examine changes before and after the experiment. After the examination, we researched personal satisfaction. As a result, there was a significant result in sebum output(p<.521), porphyrin(p<.000), pore size(p<.000), melanin(p<.000), and skin tone(p<.122). Subjects`` evaluation showed satisfaction after the experiment. Through the findings, positive changes and improvements in pore size, melanin, and inflammatory sebum were confirmed. The findings suggest that essence products made of Lavender, Cypress, and Eucalyptus Mixed Essential Oil has an excellent effect on improving skin conditions. Therefore, the utility of Mixed Essential Oil as natural cosmetic materials will be very high.
