국가 간의 관세 및 비관세 장벽을 완화·철폐하여 상호 간 교역 증진을 도모하는 자유무역협정(FTA)은 거대 경제권들이 형성되고 있는 현재 전 세계적으로 활발히 체결되고 있다. 특히, 새로운 거대 경제권으로 동북아 지역이 부각되면서, 한·중·일 삼국 간 FTA는 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 한·중·일 FTA 협상에는 민감한 현안들이 산재되어 있고, 서비스분야에 포함된 물류산업도 FTA 체결로 인한 긍정적 효과를 극대화하기 위해서 여러가지 문제점을 해결해야 할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는, 삼국의 물류흐름과 물류산업을 저해하는 요인을 파악하여 한·중·일FTA가 우리나라 물류산업 그리고 동북아 물류산업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 물류산업 영향분석 모형을 제시하였다. 또한 시스템 다이내믹스(SD) 시뮬레이션모형에 의거하여 삼국 물류흐름의 장애요인을 제거하는 전략적 과제 수행에 대한 시나리오별 효과분석을 수행하여, FTA 체결이 우리나라 물류산업에 미치는 영향에 대한 정량적 및 정성적 효과를 도출하였고 연구의 결론에서 정부와 물류기업에 대한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.
Free Trade Agreements (FTA) that promotes mutual trade between the countries through mitigation and elimination of tariff and non tariff barriers has been actively entered into in the world at present huge economic are formed. In particular, the Southeast Asia region has emerged as a new giant economics, so the Korea-China-Japan FTA is very important. Sensitive issues are scattered in FTA, and to maximize the positive effects of FTA, logistics industry included in the field of service industry has been raising the necessity to solve a number of problems. Therefore, this study analyzes how Korea-China-Japan FTA affects Korean logistics industry and logistic industry in Northeast area by identifying the factors which hinder the flow of logistics and logistics industry, and proposes influence analysis model of logistics industry. In addition, through performing the effect analysis of scenarios about the strategies to eliminate obstructive factors of logistics flow among those three countries based on the system dynamics simulation model. The quantitative and qualitative effects about the influence of Korea·China·Japan FTA on Korean logistics Industry are derived. At the conclusion of this study, proposals for Korean government and Korean logistics companies are indicated.
