This paper considers six sigma project for improving the military technology education effect. The project follows a disciplined process of five phases: define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. The project Y``s are mean and standard deviation of the military technology education score, and satisfaction score for the training process. A educational process map is used to identify process input and output variables. Ten key process input variables are selected by using X-Y matrix and finally three vital input variables are selected by the related survey and X-Y matrix. The optimum alternatives of the vital few input variables are obtained by the method of criteria based on selection matrix. We obtained the target values for mean, standard deviation, and satisfaction score in early stage of the control phase.
