이 연구는 지적장애학생의 전환서비스를 효과적으로 수행하는데 요청되는 기관 간 협력에 대한 지적장애 특수학교 교사의 인식수준을 밝히고 기관 간 협력에 필요한 실행과제를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 밝히기 위해 양적 연구 방법으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 양적 연구와 질적 연구의 절충적 연구 방법이라고 할 수 있는 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전환서비스 조정을 위한 교사의 기관 간 협력에 대한 인식수준은 ‘보통’ 이상이다. 둘째, 전문가들의 의견 합의과정을 통해 도출된 전환서비스 조정을 위한 교사의 기관 간 협력 실행과제는 8개 영역(정보제공, 가족참여, 준비성, 서비스 협력, 의사소통, 문서화, 평가, 행정 지원), 43개 항목으로 구성된다. 여기서 제시한 43개 실행과제들은 지적장애학생 전환서비스 조정을 위한 기관 간 협력을 위해 반드시 수행·점검해야 할 항목들이다. 조화하여 제시하였다. 이 연구 자료들이 학교 현장에서 전환서비스의 실행과 지역사회 및 기관 간 협력을 촉진하는 계기를 마련하고, 지적장애학생들의 실질적 사회 통합이라는 궁극적 목표를 달성하는데 중요한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

This is a combination of quantitative and qualitative study. This study aims at clarifying teacher`s recognition levels about inter-institutional collaboration asked for performing transitional services effectively. And this study aims to present and structuralize the performing tasks which are necessary to inter-agency collaboration. We used factor analysis to present and structuralize performing tasks and we performed Delphi survey as a consensus process of expert committee. The results of this study are as follows: First, In inter-agency collaboration for the adjustment of transition services, Second, inter-agency collaboration performing tasks were executed from the consensus of expert opinion. The tasks are composed of 8 areas(providing information, family involvement, readiness, service cooperation, communication, documentation, evaluation, administrative support) and 43 items. These 43 items are need to be checked and make sure to serve transition education services for students with Intellectual disability. These 43 items sought to present through a Delphi survey as a consensus process of experts. These items are structured to fit the situation in Korea. I expect that these research results could make a moment of promoting an opportunity to promote collaboration between the community and the institutions. And I also expect these research to be utilized as a basic data in achieving actual social integration for students with Intellectual disabilities.
