본 연구는 특수교육대상학생의 미래 직업예견 및 준비를 위한 한국형 개별맞춤식 직종 상황평가(KTSA: Korea Tailerd Situational Assessment)의 개발을 위한 직종관련 직업능력표준을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 연구되었다. 문헌 분석과 자료 수집, 전문가 협의, 델파이 조사 등을 통해 직종관련 직능과제표준을 개발하였다. 개발된 직업능력표준은 사무/판매, 컴퓨터/사무기술, 건설/제조, 소비/서비스, 재배의 5개 직종영역에 따른 40개의 직능영역과 관련된 210개의 직능과제로 분석되었다. 직업능력 표준 자료가 특수교육대상학생의 진로 상담 자료로 활용되기 위해서는 상황평가시스템의 개발 및 적용에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a job-related vocational skills standards for predicting and preparing for future jobs of students with special education needs. Research methods were used for literature review and expert consultation, and the Delphi technique. The results of this study are as follows; Vocational standards are developed five job area(Secretary/marketing, computer/office skills, construction/manufacturing, consumer/services, culture), which were analyzed by the 40 functional areas, 210 functional tasks. Vocational standard materials research is needed on the development and application of a special education student`s situation assessment systems to take advantage of career counseling materials.
