Targeted at ‘H’ Cyber University’s students who studied “Basic Spanish Grammar 1” last year second semester (2014), this study explores the various factors that affect their academic achievement and the relationship between those analyzed factors and the achievement (grade). For the statistical analysis, the researchers used as the dependent variables the grade of the targeted students and as the independent variables the gender, major, total completed credits, admission day, previous semester``s grade, year grade, attendance score, total study time, number of writing at free Board, number of writing at Q&A Board, number of login, birth year, entering year, new entered or transferred. Upon cross-analysis, in the confidence level of 90%, the women’s grade is confirmed as much more higher compared with the men``s academic performance. In addition, correlation analysis identified that the more completed course credits one has, the lower was his/her academic achievement.
