이 연구는 NCS 기반 바리스타 직무교육과정을 경도지적장애 고등학생 및 전공과 학생을 대상으로 적용함으로써 바리스타 직무교육과정 수행이 이들의 직무수행능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 경도지적장애 고등학생 및 전공과 학생 10명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, NCS 기반 바리스타 직무교육과정을 주5회, 39차시, 총192시간(직업기초능력 30시간, 직업수행능력 162시간) 실시하였다. 직무수행능력 향상 정도는 바리스타 직무교육과정 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 역량 평가를 실시하여 측정하였다. 바리스타 직무교육과정 수행 결과, 연구대상 10명 모두 바리스타 직무수행능력(직무기초능력, 직무수행능력)이 향상되었으며, 바리스타 자격증 취득으로 인해 바리스타 직무에 대한 흥미와 자신감을 가지게 되었다. 또한, 바리스타 2급 자격 검정 응시 결과 7명이 자격증을 취득하여 바리스타 자격증 취득율은 70%였다.

The purpose of this study was to understand the effects of a barista training course on the job competency and potential of high school and post secondary school student with mild intellectual disabilities by applying a NCS -based barista training course. Selecting ten students consisting of high school and post secondary school student with mild intellectual disabilities, the study conducted the barista training course for 192 hours (30 hours for basic vocational abilities and 162 hours for vocational-achievement abilities); five times each week and 39 classes. Improve job performance level was measured by performing students who participated in the competency assessment process barista job training programs. The results of the study showed that all subjects improved their job competency(basic vocational abilities, vocational-achievement abilities), and they became interested and gained confidence in the work of baristas by obtaining a barista`s license. The analysis of the subjects written reviews also revealed that their sense of self-achievement improved, their perception of baristas changed positively, and their understudying of vocational infrastructure for baristas was broadened. In addition, Barista Level 2 qualification results take 10 people to become certified barista certification get certified was 70%.
