The purpose of this study is to analyze the present status of pedagogical content knowledge described in the lesson plan of physical education in elementary school and to share information and knowledge throughout schools to help them enhance expertise. For this, I have conducted a taxonomic analysis and document analysis among 192 editions of lesson plan incorporated into the center for teaching and learning in metropolitan and provincial offices of education nationwide after year 2010 when Year 2007 Physical Educational Curriculum Revision was applied. The area of study has been split into three categories of learning model and strategy, understanding of class and development of class with regards to the pedagogical content knowledge except the external system. Authors were mostly selecting physical education class models appropriate to the content of class but it could be found that some class models and curriculum models that are incompatible to the development of class have been selected and presented. When it comes to the understanding of class, I was able to find a variety of creative motivation strategies and have conducted comparative analysis between the Tyler`s statement of behavioral objectives and the Eisner`s statement of problem-solving to address the aims of the lesson. It turned out that elementary school teachers establish the task system based mostly on instructional models to develop main activities. This study has presented the necessity of shifting the current teaching and learning curriculum that is formal and objective and the application of programs using teaching and learning curriculum to the curriculum for both preparatory and in-service teachers.
