본 연구는 중학생의 일상적 창의성과 학교적응간의 관계를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이런 연 구 목적을 위하여 서울, 경기도, 전라도, 경상도, 총 6개 중학교의 남녀 학생 407명을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 일상적 창의성과 중학생의 학교적응간의 관계를 조사 분석한 결과, 중학생의 일상적 창 의성과 학교적응은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일상적 창의성과 학교적응 하위요인에 대한 다중회귀분석의 결과로는 첫째, 일상적 창의성의 하위요인 중 대안적 해결력, 독창적 유연성, 모험 적 자유추구, 이타적 자아확신, 관계적 개방성이 학교적응 총점에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 이타적 자아확신의 영향력이 상대적으로 가장 크게 나타났다. 학교적응의 하위영역에 유의한 영향을 미치는 일상적 창의성의 요소들을 분석한 결과, 학교공부에는 대안적 해결력, 독창적 유연성, 이타적 자아확신, 관계적 개방성이, 학교친구 관계에는 이타적 자아확신, 관계적 개방성, 독창적 유연성이, 학 교 교사와의 관계에는 이타적 자아확신, 독창적 유연성, 관계적 개방성, 모험적 자유추구가, 그리고 학교생활에는 독창적 유연성, 모험적 자유추구, 대안적 해결력이 유의한 설명변인임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 일상적 창의성과 학교적응간의 관계를 밝힘으로써 상담과 지도를 통해 학교적응력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the relationship between everyday creativity and school adaptation of middle-school students. For this purpose, the objects of this study were 407 middle school students who were in 6 middle-schools in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do. The results of this study were as follows: there was a correlation between everyday creativity and school adaptation. Multiple regression analysis result showed alternative problem solving ability and creative flexibility, altruistic self-assurance, adventurous pursuit of the liberty, and openness of relation which was subfactor in everyday creativity had the significant effect on total school adaptation. Especially, altruistic self-assurance showed the highest impact on total school adaptation. Alternative problem solving ability, creative flexibility, altruistic self-assurance, openness of relation in relationship with schoolwork, altruistic self-assurance, openness of relation, adventurous pursuit of the liberty in relationship with friends was the significant effective factors. And altruistic self-assurance, creative flexibility, and adventurous pursuit of the liberty in relationship with teachers, creative flexibility, adventurous pursuit of the liberty, and alternative problem solving ability in school life was the significant effective factors. This research is meaningful in that it has provided the basis for preparing a plan to improve the school adaptability through counseling and guidance by identifying the relationship between everyday creativity and school adjustment.
