이 논문은 울리히 벡의 위험사회론을 가지고 한반도의 녹색화의 문제를 다루고 있다. 한반도의 통일은 ‘분단사회’와 ‘위험사회’라는 이중의 과제를 가지고 있다. 이것은 분단체제의 재생산시스템이 오늘날 ‘지구화하는 위험들’을 ‘적대적 상호의존관계’와 ‘거울상의 이미지효과’를 통해 중첩적으로 생산하기 때문이다. 따라서 이 논문은 분단체제의 위험사회화라는 분단체제에 의한 위험생산체계를 분석하고 있으며 이를 통해서 ‘통일한반도의 녹색비전’을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이 논문은 울리히 벡의 위험사회론을 그대로 적용하는 것이 아니라 분단체제의 위험사회화의 문제로 분석 대상을 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 여기서 분석의 대상이 되는 것은 ‘남 또는 북’에서 나타나는 ‘지구화하는 위험들’이 아니라 ‘남과 북’의 분단체제가 생산하는 ‘지구화하는 위험들’이다. 또한, 그렇기에 이 논문은 오늘날 한국에서 제기되고 있는 녹색통일담론들이 가지고 있는 문제들을 진단하고 있다. 녹색통일담론이 성립하기 위해서 ‘녹색국가론’에 의거할 필요가 있다. 하지만 그렇기 때문에 그것은 녹색의 상픔화라는 자본·국가화의 위험들을 생산한다. 또한, 현재 한국의 녹색통일담론들은 ‘녹색비전’을 말하면서 ‘녹색’과 ‘평화’를 섞어 놓음으로써 녹색의 기본가치인 생태주의적인 원칙을 훼손시키거나 무늬만 녹색으로 치장하는 경향이 있다. 그러므로 이 논문은 ‘녹색’을 상품화하는 자본·국가화에 대항하는 담론투쟁과 ‘평화’가 아닌 ‘녹색’의 생태주의 원칙에 근거한 ‘한반도의 녹색화’ 전략 및 통일한반도의 녹색비전이 가져야 할 원칙과 방향들을 제시하고 있다.

This paper deals with the problem of Korean unification in view of Ulrich Beck``s risk society. Korean unification has the dual task as ``divided society`` and ``risk society``. Because today, the division system reproduce a global risks by ``hostile interdependence relation`` and ``mirror image effect``. Therefore, this paper analyzes a reproduced risks by the division system and through it, proposes the green vision of Korean unification. For this purpose, this paper changes a matter of Ulrich Beck``s risk society into a matter of global risks reproduced by division system. Here, a objects of analysis are not a global risks produced by ``south or north``, but a reproduced global risks by the division system. Also, in this point, this paper critically deals with discourse of green unification raised in Korea today. The discourse of green unification need to a theory of green state. However, so it produces also the risk of green``s commercialization by capital and nation. In addition, a theory of green unification in current Korea is undermining the ecological principles as basic values of green or embellishing with green as only outward by mixing ``green`` and ``peace``. Therefore, this paper proposes a ``discourse struggles`` against green``s commercialization by capital and nation, a ``strategies greening Korea`` based on ecological principles of green, and principles and directions that should be inherent in the green vision of Korean unification.
