This paper is a study of the annual events of the late Edo period. We previously studied famous places and Haikai and annual events appearing on the references like "Edomeishozue", "Totosaijiki" and "Edomeishohanakoyomi", and examined the people``s living which has been developed with the start of the Shogunate. This mainly focused onEdo as a newborn metropolis, but did not mention thriving Osaka as a commercial city and Kyoto boasting long history and culture. Through the comparative examination of "Morisadamako" and other references published in Edo, we will have the integrated view of the people``s living in Edo and Keihan. We can show that what is the common things and differences between Edo and Keihan, and how they have been changed by comparing of references. As a result, the contents and the method of the events was not only different, we also could find the changes of the meaning of the events. Especially, we could find that there were noticeable differences inMay 5 of Tango , November 20th of Seibunbarai and Ebisuko of Edo.
