In Spanish there are constructions with infinitive. gerund and past particle named by ``no personal forms of verb``. with is a morphological definition whose categories is classified by no having personal coniugation as the other verbs. In this work we overview their verbal character within their syntactic functions and intended to seek a new point of view on which based the grammatical tense and the relation between the agent-subject and the verb even though they never have the other coniugational form.
