본 연구의 목적은 경남지역 소재 특수교육지원센터의 보조공학기기 지원 실태를 파악하고 문제점을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 경남지역 특수교육지원센터 보조공학기기 지원 담당자 12명과 전화면접을 실시하였으며, 이들과의 면담 내용을 전사하여 분석하였다. 결과를 간략히 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 지역 특수교육지원센터마다 보조공학기기 구비 정도에 있어 상당한 차이를 보이며, 지원 실적 역시 저조하다. 둘째, 보조공학기기 지원과 관련해 반드시 필요한 사항들에 대한 규정-기능평가, 대여 기간, 보관 방법 등-이 없기 때문에 대여 및 관리에 있어 많은 문제점이 있다. 셋째, 담당자들은 보조공학기기 지원 관련 규정의 제정 및 새로운 대안을 필요로 하고 있다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 보조공학기기 지원 규정의 제정, 보조공학기기 지원을 위한 새로운 대안의 구안, 보조공학 관련연수 강화 등의 필요성을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze support actual condition and problem of Gyeong-Nam area. We executed the telephone interview to achieve the research purpose with 12 person in charges of special education assistance center in Gyeong-Nam. We shifted these courtesy call contents and analyzed that. The results are as follows: First, we show proper difference an each area every special education assistance center in a supplemtary assistive technology device and support performance is inactive. Second, there is no regulation about subjects to need necessarily about assistive technology device support. So, consequently the versus and have the problem many the officer in. Third, person in charges request new the enactment assistive technology device and alternative of a support relation regulation. Based on these results, this study proposed a regulation enactment necessity, reinforcement of teacher training.
