본 연구의 목적은 장애대학생의 부모애착과 진로준비행동 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 ‘가치영역의 확대’의 척도를 통해 측정한 장애수용이 부모애착 및 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는지 탐색하였다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 전국 12개 대학교에 재학 중인 장애대학생 171명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과 가치영역의 확대가 장애대학생의 아버지애착이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 완전히 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로부터 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있다. 첫째, 장애대학생에 대한 진로상담은 장애수용에 대해 다루어야 하며, 이러한 개입을 통해 장애대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진할수 있다. 둘째, 애착은 장애대학생 내담자와의 진로상담에서 주의 깊게 탐색해야 할 주제이며, 상담장면에서 상담자가 애착대상의 역할을 함으로써 내담자의 진로준비행동이 증진될 수 있다. 본 연구는 장애대학생의 진로상담 장면에서 진로준비행동을 증진시킬 수 있는 개입의 초점을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between disabled college students’ parental attachment and career preparation behaviors. For this purpose, the effect of acceptance of disability measured by a scale, ‘enlargement of the scope of values’, was examined as a mediating variable between parental attachment and career preparation behaviors. To test this mediating effect, the data were collected from 171 disabled college students in 12 colleges by using self-reported survey. The result showed that the variable, ‘enlargement of the scope of values’. which represents the acceptance of disability fully mediates on the relationship between father attachment and career preparation behaviors. Some suggestions from the results are as follows: First, career counseling for the disabled college students should deal with acceptance of disability as intervention since it can facilitate the students`` career preparation behaviors. Second, in career counseling for disabled college students, counselors can function as attachment figures to enhance the clients`` career preparation behaviors. This study provided practical implication for the focus of a career counseling intervention for disabled college students to enhence the clients`` career preparation behaviors.
