조선의 학자들은 朱子를 존숭하여 그의 저술뿐만 아니라 그와 연관이 있는 책들도 열람하기를 갈망했다. 더욱이 武夷山은 朱子가 은거하여 학문을 강론한 곳이자 武夷棹歌가 창작된 현장이므로, 朱子學을 추구하는 학자에게는 聖地로 인식되는 산이었다. 무이산과 관련해 20종의 山誌가 중국에서 간행되었음에도 불구하고, 조선에 전래된 판본은 楊亘의 『武夷志』 외에는 현재까지 확인되지 않는다. 그 이유를 추론해본다면, 楊亘이 편찬한 『武夷志』의 방향성이 武夷書院을 비롯한 朱子와 관련된 사실에 중심이 있었으므로, 朱子를 존숭한 조선의 학자들에게 매우 부합했던 것이 아닐까 생각된다. 조선시대에 『武夷山志』의 전래를 확인할 수 있는 최초의 사실은 李滉의 문집에 보인다. 李滉 이후에 『武夷山志』를 열람했다고 언급한 학자는 鄭逑이다. 그는 楊亘의 『武夷志』를 수정하고 새로운 내용을 보완하여 朝鮮本 『武夷志』라고 일컬을 만한 새로운 판본을 편찬했다. 그 후 李萬敷가 편찬한 저술은 節約本의 성격을 가진다. 이처럼 楊亘의 『武夷志』는 조선의 학자들에게 깊은 영향을 끼쳐 朝鮮本 『武夷志』와 節約本 『武夷志』가 편찬되었다. 또한 조선의 山誌를 만드는 데에도 중요한 전범으로 작용했으니, 『淸凉志』가 바로 그 경우이다. 李世澤이 楊亘의 『武夷志』를 전범으로 삼아 『淸凉志』를 편찬한 까닭은 武夷山이 朱子로 인해 朱子學派의 학자들에 의해 聖山으로 존숭되는 것처럼, 淸凉山과 관련된 李滉 및 退溪學派 학자들의 작품 및 자취를 체계적으로 정리하여 긴밀한 연관성을 드러내고자 하는 의도를 가졌기 때문이다.
The scholars in Joseon respected Zhu Xi and longed for reading not only his writings but also the books related to him. Further, as Mountain Muyi was the place where Zhu Xi retired and hold lectures, it referred to a shrine for neo-Confucianists. Despite 20 Sanjis related to Mountain Muyi were published in China, only Yang-geung’s 『Muyiji』 was handed down to Joseon. For its cause, it is thought that since the directivity of 『Muyiji』 focused on facts concerned with Zhu Xi including Muyi Seowon, it may correspond to neo-Confucianists in Joseon who respected Zhu Xi. Yi Hwang’s anthologies show the first fact to identify introduction of 『Muyi-sanji』 to Joseon. The next scholar who was said to read 『Muyi-sanji』 after Yi Hwang is Jeong Gu. He published a new version of 『Muyiji』, which deserved to be called as 『Muyiji』 of a Joseon version, modifying and complementing Yang-geung’s 『Muyiji』. Yi Man bu’s writings after that can be seen as a summary version. Like this, Yang-geung’s 『Muyiji』 had a deep influence on the scholars in Joseon, making 『Muyiji』 of a Joseon version and and a summary version published. It also played a key role to build up Sanji of Joseon. 『Cheongyangji』 is the case of its influence. The reason that Yi Se Taek wrote 『Cheongyangji』 modeled after 『Muyiji』 is to reveal close relation of the works and traces of Yi Hwang and Toegye school scholars organizing them systematically, like Mountain Muyi was respected as a shrine by Zhu Xi scholars.
