본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 교사의 내적통제소재와 셀프리더십이 삶의 행복에 미치는 경로를 탐색해 봄으로써, 내적통제소재가 삶의 행복에 미치는 직접적인 영향 뿐 아니라 셀프리더십을 통한 간접적인 영향을 살펴보기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위하여 어린이집 교사 175명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 전체변인들 간의 구조 및 경로를 확인하기 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 내적통제소재는 삶의 행복에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 내적통제소재는 셀프리더십을 부분 매개하여 삶의 행복에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 내적통제소재 및 셀프리더십과 삶의 행복간의 경로를 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 어린이집 교사의 행복증진을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발 시 내적통제소재와 셀프리더십을 함양할 수 있는 내용이나 방법을 포함할 필요가 있다는 점을 시사한다.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the internal locus of control and self-leadership has on the life-happiness of childcare center teachers. The direct influences of the internal locus of control on life-happiness were examined, as well as the indirect influences due to self-leadership. The subjects of this study are 175 childcare center teachers. Using the collected data, the structure and paths between allfactors were examined using structural equation modeling analysis. The main findings of this study were that the internal locus of control had a direct influence on life-happiness, and second that the internal locus of control partially mediated self-leadership to influence life-happiness. In this study it was possible to confirm the pathways between life-happiness with an internal locus of control and self-leadership. This study is considered to be significant in that there is a need to include contents and methods that foster internal locus of control and self-leadership, especially when developing teaching training programs that increase the happiness of childcare center teachers.
