당악정재(唐樂呈才)에 투영된 중국고전서사의 문화적 변용

This study is based on cultural appropriation of Chinese classical narratives as reflected on ‘Jungjae(呈才)’ of Chosun(朝鮮) dynasty. In this study, I focus on the lyrics of ‘Hensundo(獻仙桃)’, ‘Oyangsun(五羊 仙)’ connected with Chinese classical narratives. Hensundo is one of the Jungjae that are based on the Chinese classical narratives that the ‘Western queen mother(西王母)’ dedicates a Heaven’s peach(仙桃) for Wudi(武帝) of Han(漢) dynasty. Because the Heaven’s peach symbolize immortal life of the king, peaceful region, Hensundo is peformed in royal banquet of Chosun. In that point, the difference of the Western queen mother image is appeared between Jungjae and Chinese classical narratives. That is, the Western queen mother belongs to lowlihead than the king. So the Western queen mother just “dedicates”, not “offer” the Heaven’s peach. In Oyangsun, this study researches the reason of the Daoist god riding five goats, but in the academic community of korean traditional dancing hasn’t researched deeply. Originally, the story of Oyangsun is based on the story of Guang-zhou(廣州) in China. However in Jungjae, it is combined with the Western queen mother which is unique cultural appropriation in Chosun. Also, in this study, I consider the ‘trend of Tang dynasty(唐風)’ in Chosun. The meaning of ‘Trend of Tang dynasty’ is that the envy of Tang culture by the east asian intellectual. So the ‘Li yuan(梨園)’ that is the government office of Tang dynasty appears in Jungjae of Chosun dynasty. And then, in this study, I try to interpret the meaning of the lyrics that ‘the Western queen mother whistles very well.’ Therethrough, I find that whistle is a part of the Taoist magic, it is a speciality of the Western queen mother. Like this, the study of lyrics of Jungjae has to be based on the understanding of the Chinese classical narratives. Not only that, in this study, I research the meaning of the tools of Jungjae, for example, the bamboo poles(竹竿子), the blue-dragon flag(靑龍旗), the vermilion-bird flags(朱雀旗) etc. After this process, I find out that this study aims at deep interpretation of Jungjae through using the Chinese classical narratives, and the convergence between the Chinese classical narratives and the Korean traditional dancing.
