이 글은 『해방후서정시선집』(1979)을 중심으로 북한의 문학 정전이 어떻게 1970년대 의식으로 재구성되는지 고찰하였다. 애국주의 주제, 사회주의건설 주제, 조국해방전쟁 주제, 조국통일 주제보다 김일성과 가계 형상 및 혁명전통 주제를 우선 배치하는 방식은 ‘유일사상체계’를 염두에 둔 것이다. 1970년대 작품이 대거 수록된 것은 선집 출간 당시의 시대정신과 동시성을 지닌다. 이는 정치적 움직임이 문학에서 실천되는 양상이면서, 정치.이념적 논리가 문학성에 우선하는 배치방식이었다. 선집은 주체문예이론과 주체문학예술의 과도기형을 보여주었다. 문학사와 평가의 차이를 보여주는 선집 수록 작품과 작가들은 정전형성 과정에서 갈등이 있었음을 보여준다. 1960년대까지는 대개 합의를 보여주지만, 1970년대 작품들은 대개 문학사 평가에서 누락되기 때문이다. 이는 갈등과 논쟁이 북한 문학장에 존재하는 양상이면서, 문학사와 선집의 아비투스 투쟁으로 볼 수 있다. 종합해 보자면, 1970년대 의식으로 재배치된 선집은 북한이 독자적인 문학예술 지평을 확립하려는 의도를 실천하는 행위 중 하나였다. 역사적 단계를 대표하는 서정시를 종합하고 정리했다는 측면에서 정전의 성격을 함유하고 있으며, 주체문학의 전형으로 생산되고 소비될 준비를 했다고 볼 수 있다. 선집은 편찬자의 관심과 이해가 반영되어 있지만, 출판과정은 텍스트 외부의 요건들과 삼투함으로써 당대의 문학장과 정치·이념적 환경과 복합적으로 작용하였던 것이다.
In this paper, by studying the canon formation process focusing on “The Anthology After Liberation(1979)” of North Korea, there is a purpose to clarify the embodiment of the new paradigm of ‘Juche literature’ age in the course of reorganizing into the literary field of the 1970s. The 551-page anthology contains 109 poets and 177 poems. All is listed without headings, not classified according to subjects. There seems to be no rule for editing. But all the poems in the anthology are ordered thematically. It is the internal system of classification used in the anthology. Besides, two topics, literature for shaping chieftain figure and the theme of the revolutionary tradition, outmeasure and are placed above others in the anthology. This is based on monolithic ideology system, and it`s a literary action reflecting the times and circumstances when the anthology was published. It takes all factors to make a structural system of the anthology. The anthology is a transitional type of ‘Juche literary theory’ and ‘Juche literature and arts.’ Here are differences between the anthology and histories of literature. Many poems and poets in the anthology are omitted from histories of literature. This aspect implies a conflict and an altercation between two. Two have a meeting of minds in the list of poems and poets until the 1960s, not after the 1970. The publishing the anthology cannot be fully understood outside of their social, cultural and political contexts. Overall, the anthology rearranged into the spirit of the 1970s, bespeaks the intention that North Korea would like to establish its own independent prospect for literature and arts. It contains the canonical character preparing to be produced and consumed into a typical ‘Juche literature.’
