본 연구는 상담 과정 중의 상담자와 내담자가 인식하는 실제관계의 변화 형태를 추정하고 그 변화에 있어서 개인차에 대한 상담자와 내담자 애착 효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 상담자, 내담자 47쌍으로 실제관계를 측정하기 위해 1, 3, 5, 8회기가 끝난 후 실제관계 검사(KRRI-T, KRRI-C)를 실시하였고, 상담이 시작될 때 성인애착 검사(ECR-R)를 실시하였다. 분석을 위해 다층성장모형(HLM 7.0)을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상담자와 내담자가 인식한 실제관계는 회기가 진행됨에 따라 모두 유의하게 증가했다. 둘째, 내담자의 애착 불안은 내담자가 인식한 실제관계 초기치에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상담자의 애착 회피는 상담자가 인식한 실제관계 변화율에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 상담자의 애착 불안과 내담자의 애착 회피의 상호작용은 상담자가 인식한 실제관계의 변화율에 정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 내담자가 인식한 실제관계의 변화율에는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 시사점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제안을 논의하였다.

This study examined to verify change pattern of real relationship over the course of counseling process and effect of counselor``s and client``s attachment styles on the individual differences in these changes. In this study, data were collected from 47 counselor/client dyads, they completed measures(KRRI-T, KRRI-C) assessing real relationship after first, 3rd, 5th, and 8th session of counseling. They also completed an adult attachment measure(ECR-R) at the beginning of counseling. For the analysis, multi-level modeling(HLM 7.0) was used. The results are as follow. First, the perceived real relationship of the counselors`` and the clients`` both increased significantly for the course of sessions. Second, the clients`` adult attachment-anxiety appeared to have a negative effect on the initial status of the clients`` perceived real relationship. Third, the counselors`` adult attachment-avoidance negatively influenced to the rate of change in counselors`` perceived real relationship. Fourth, the interaction between the counselors`` attachment-anxiety and the clients`` attachment-avoidance had a positive influence to the rate of change in the counselors`` perceived real relationship, while had a negative influence in the case of the clients``. Finally, the implication and limitation of this study were discussed.
