본 연구는 도박중독 전문가들에게 델파이 조사를 실시하여, 국내의 도박중독 재활 시범 모형에 대한 의견을 듣고, 전문가들의 합의된 내용을 도출하기 위해 실시되었다. 심층 면담은 기존 도박중독예방.치유센터의 센터장과 팀장, 강원도 지역에서 도박중독 상담을 진행하고 있는 목회자를 중심으로 진행되었다. 이 면담을 통해 만들어진 설문을 기반으로 1차 델파이 설문은 전국 도박중독 예방.치유센터의 센터장과 팀장에게 진행하였으며, 1차 델파이 설문의 결과로 재활사업 모형을 일부 수정하여, 2차 델파이 조사를 1차 델파이에 참여한 전국 도박중독 예방.치유센터의 센터장과 팀장과 타 중독 재활 전문가들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 그 결과, 재활 시범운영 모형을 지역사회 아웃리치, 재활 공동체, 직업재활의 팀으로 구성하는 것에 대해서 동의하였으며, 강원도 등 사행산업장이 있는 지역을 특수지역 모형과 지역 인근에 사행산업장이 있지 않은 일반지역 모형에 대해 동의하였다. 지역사회 아웃리치 팀이 재활대상자를 선발하는 것과 그 과정에 동의하였으며, 서비스의 비중은 개별 서비스 계획에 가장 많이 두어야 한다고 보았다. 재활 공동체 팀의 목표, 원칙, 팀의 운영방식에 대해 동의하였으며, 서비스 비중을 재활단계에 따른 공동체 참여에 더 두어야 한다고 보았다. 직업재활 팀의 목표, 원칙, 팀의 운영방식에 대해 동의하였으며, 서비스 비중을 직업발굴 및 연계에 가장 많이 두어야 한다고 보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 재활서비스 모형을 설정을 위해 활용할수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to conduct delphi survey, to listen specialists`` opinion about Korean gambling addiction rehabilitation service model, and to hammer out an agreement. Interview was conducted to heads and team leaders of recent gambling addiction prevention and therapy centers and pastors in Gangwon area. After this first interview, first delphi survey was conducted to heads and team leaders of existing gambling addiction prevention and therapy centers. Second delphi survey with adjusted survey questions was conducted to heads and team leaders of existing gambling addiction prevention and therapy centers participated in first survey and specialists in other addiction rehabilitation centers. As a result, delphi subjects agreed to rehabilitation model consisted of community outreach team, rehabilitation community team, and job rehabilitation team. Also, they agreed on special area model in Gangwon area and general area model outside Gangwon area. Next, they agreed on the model that community outreach team selects rehabilitation subjects and the procedure, and they suggested service portion should be more in individual service plan. They agreed on goals, principles, management styles of rehabilitation community team and they suggested service portion should be more in community participation according to rehabilitation steps. Finally, they agreed on goals, principles, management styles of job rehabilitation team and they suggested service portion should be more in job searching and networking. This results can be used to establish gambling addiction rehabilitation model.
