컨설팅을 활성화하기 위해서는 컨설팅의 체제를 마련하는 것뿐 아니라 전문 인력을 확보하고, 체계적인 양성 프로그램을 운영하여 지속적인 질 관리를 하는 방안이 함께 모색되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유치원 컨설턴트의 컨설팅 경험과 요구를 파악하여 컨설팅장학 활성화를 위한 제언을 하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상은 17개 시·도 유치원 컨설턴트 총 170명이었으며, 질문지를 배포하여 170명중 총 153명이 본 설문에 응답하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 컨설팅 활성화를 위해서는 컨설팅 분야와 내용의 세분화, 연수기회 확대, 담당 의뢰인 수 적정화 등이 필요함을 제언하였다.

In order to activate the consultation of the kindergartens, it should be provided a consulting system at the national level, and ensured the professional staff to operate a systematic training program. The aim of this study was to find ways activating the kindergartens consulting to identify the consulting experience and needs of kindergartens consultant. For this purpose of the study, a literature review was conducted, followed by the survey of kindergartens consultants a total of 170 people, 170 patients total of 153 people responded to the survey. On the basis of the survey results, it was suggested for the activation of consulting in kindergarten; refining the field and the contents of the consultation, expansion of training opportunities for the consultantㄴ, adequacy of the number of client, etc.
