이 연구는 한국 비정규직 노동자와 정규직 노동자의 고용안정성과 소득의 중요도가 직무스트레스와 사회갈등의식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과는 우선, 한국 노동시장에서 비정규직 노동자가 직무스트레스 정도와 사회갈등의식이 높다는 것이다. 둘째, 임금노동자 전체에서는 높은소득이 중요하다고 여기는 노동자일수록 직무스트레스가 심하고, 직업위세가 높은 노동자일수록 직무스트레스가 덜하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 정규직 노동자에게 있어 직업위세가 높은 노동자들일수록 직무스트레스를 덜 받으며, 비정규직 노동자에게 있어 높은소득을 중요시 여기는 노동자일수록 직무스트레스가 심하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 임금노동자 전체에서 직무스트레스를 많이 받는 노동자들일수록, 고용안정성과 높은소득이 중요하다고 여기는 노동자들일수록 사회갈등의식이 높게 나타났다. 정규직 노동자는 직무스트레스를 많이 받는 노동자들일수록, 높은소득이 중요하다고 여기는 노동자들일수록 사회갈등의식이 높았으며, 비정규직 노동자는 고용안정성이 중요하다고 여기는 노동자들일수록 사회갈등의식이 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하자면, 한국 노동시장에서 정규직 노동자는 높은소득에 더 많은 가치를 두고 잇는 노동자들이 사회갈등의식이 높은 반면, 비정규직 노동자는 고용안정성에 더 많은 가치를 두고 있는 노동자들이 사회갈등의식이 높다는 것이 두집단간의 주요한 차이였다.

This study explores empirically how the important of stability of employment and income effects on the job stress and the perception of social conflicts between irregular and regular workers in Korea. The analysis results are in the followings: First, Irregular Workers’ job stress and the perception of social conflicts are high in Korean Labor Market. Second, All Workers those who think higher-income is serious are much stressful, but The higer job status are less stressful. Third, Regular Workers who have higher job status are less stressful, but Irregular Workers those who think higer-income is serious are much stressful. All Workers who have much stress, think the important of stability of employment and higher-income are serious have higher the perception of social conflicts. The perception of social conflicts of Reguler Workers who have much stress and think higher-income is serious is high, but the perception of social conflicts of Ireguler Workers who think stability of employment is serious is also high. In conclusion, There are difference between Regular Workers and Irreguler Workers. Regular Workers who think higher-income is serious in Korea Labor Market have higher the perception of social conflicts, but the perception of social conflicts of Irregular Workers who think stability of employment is serious is high.
