본 연구는 골목 주거지의 쓰레기 무단 투기지역의 발생을 방지하고 주민들의 쓰레기 배출과정의 편의 및 청결한 주거환경을 제공하기 위하여 서비스디자인을 통한 거점수거대를 제안하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 골목 주거지의 환경 조사를 위해 단독주택, 다세대 주택이 밀집되어 있는 광진구를 대상으로 하여 현장조사를 진행하였고, 국내외 거점수거체계 및 사례 조사를 위한 문헌조사를 시행하였다. 이를 기반으로 서비스디자인의 방법론을 활용하여 주민들의 쓰레기 배출 행태를 파악하고 무단투기에 대한 행동 및 심리분석을 통해 원인을 파악하여 골목 주거환경에 적합한 거점수거대를 통해 사람들의 행동개선을 유도하도록 하였다. 쓰레기를 배출하는 과정에서 발생할수 있는 다양한 터치포인트를 통해 사용자의 편익과 쓰레기 처리의 효율성을 향상시키도록 하였고, 이를 통해 주민들의 생활에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠수 있도록 거점수거대를 활용한 서비스체계를 구축하였다.

This study is to find problems about trash collecting system which is occurred between village streets. Since the rapid growth of industrial, the problems of the dropping of trash which is illegal is endemic in recent city. So, we studied to solve the problems from a viewpoint of public service design, suggested the system to throw in a spot to use the litter bin to prevent throwing away trashes illegality, to provide convenience when people separate and send out the recyclable waste and clean living environment. We performed field research in Gwangjin-gu, formed residential area of detached house and multiplex housing, to research living environment between city streets and literature research about internal and external case study about the system to throw in a spot to use the litter bin. Based on the research which was found in service design method, we understood people’s behavior to send out one``s garbages and the cause of behavior to throw away trashes illegality and suggested a design prototyped litter bin. We expected town people to solve the problems of trashes and to improve living public environment between city streets.
