최근 초고령화 사회로의 진입으로 노인계층이 증가하고 다양한 라이프스타일을 지닌 계층이 대두됨에 따라 신체적, 정신적 뿐만 아니라 노인들의 사회성이 점점 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 Active Aging이라는 ‘건강하고 활기찬 노년’의 사회성 증진을 위해 Mobile Social Networking Service를 개발할 때 노인의 인지적 특성을 고려하고자 Active Aging세대인 50대의 남녀그룹을 대상으로 사용자 경험기반 맥락적 조사를 통해 SNS 개발 방향을 제시하고자 함에 있다. 이를 위한 연구의 방법으로는 첫째, 사전 조사 단계로, 현재 Active Aging을 위한 SNS 서비스 동향을 분석하고, 노인의 인지적 특성, 사용자 경험기반 맥락적 리서치 방법을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 사용자 조사 실행 단계로써, 사용자 조사 대상 선정 및 방법 설계를 하였으며, 50대 남.여 그룹을 선정하여 90분간 Stakeholder map과 image card, Card Sorting, Utility Test의 방법으로 진행하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 사용자 페르소나를 개발하여 개발방향을 구체화시켰다. 본 연구의 결론은 대상자의 사용자 조사 및 테스트를 통해 Active Aging세대를 위한 Mobile SNS를 개발 할 때 1.명확성 (clarity), 2.일관성(consistency), 3.용이성 (usability), 4.감성(emotion) 이라는 개발방향이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구는 노인을 위한 SNS개발 시, 노인의 인지적 특성을 고려하여 접근하였다는 점에 가치가 있으며, SNS뿐만 아니라 노인을 위한 디바이스 UI개발의 기초 자료로 활용 되기를 기대한다.

Recently, South Korea has increased the needs for quality of the elderly’s life by entering the super-aged society. Increasing the elderly and rising social stratum that has different lifestyles, in addition physical, mental quality, the quality of social was being important element to improve increasingly life of the elderly. The purpose of this study, when developing Mobile Social Networking Service in order to promote Active Aging society of "healthy and vibrant old age ", taking into account the cognitive engineering characteristics of the elderly, is to present a direction of SNS development through the choroid investigation based on the 50s of user experience representing the present Active Aging generation. Conclusion of this study, when developing Mobile SNS for Active Aging generation through the test and the subject of user research, was what deriving the direction of the development of simplicity, consistency, ease of use, clarity. These studies have a value of development guidelines that can be applied for developing a variety health devices of UI development for the elderly, in consideration of the cognitive engineering properties of the elderly access.
