본 연구에서는 일반적인 언어 수업 모형에 따라 다문화 가족 한국어 문법 수업의 구체적인 양상을 사례 분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 문법 수업 모형에 따른 단계별 기능이 제대로 수행되지 않거나 교수 원리가 효과적으로 구현되지 않았는데, 이의 원인으로 다문화가족 한국어 교육과정이 갖는 구조적인 어려움과 함께 문법 수업 모형과 교수 원리 등에 대한 교사의 이해를 들 수 있다. 다문화가족 한국어 교육의 질적 수준을 제고하기 위해서는 첫 번째, 교육과정을 상황에 맞게 현실화하고, 두 번째, 교사 재교육을 강화할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 예비 교사 교육, 경력 교사의 자기 계발 및 재교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 의미 있는 자료가 될 것이다.

This study aims to help understanding education field of Korean language and to provide basic data for in-service Korean language teacher training program by means of analysis of Korean language class. The results showed firstly that in terms of general process of language class, some phases did not function properly. Secondly, the principle of education did not realized sufficiently. To improve Korean class of multi-cultural background, overall curriculum should be developed considering period of education, achievement level expected, target students. In addition in-service teacher training program should be strengthened to support Korean teachers effectively.
