본 연구는 청소년의 진로의식성숙을 향상시키기 위한 접근으로 스포츠 참여와 대인관계성향 및 진로의식성숙의 관계를 분석하여 청소년의 진로의식성숙을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램으로서 스포츠 참여의 역할과 가능성에 대한 이론적 근거를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 인천, 경기, 충북에 거주하고 있는 중·고등학생을 모집단으로 설정하고 비확률적 표본추출방법((Non-Probability Sampling Methods)의 하나인 할당표집(quota sampling)으로 400명을 표집하여, 설문에 응답하지 않거나 불성실한 응답자를 제외한 후 총 382명의 유효 표본을 확보한 후 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 수집을 위한 연구 도구로는 선행연구에서 사용된 문항을 기초로 하여 이 연구에 맞게 수정 보완하여 사용하였으며, 설문지의 타당성 확보를 위해 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis: EFA)과 확인적 요인분석(confirmatary factor analysis: CFA)을 이용하여 타당도 검사를 실시하였고, 자료분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계분석기법은 구조방정식 모형 분석(structure equation modeling)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 청소년의 스포츠 참여는 대인관계성향에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 청소년의 스포츠 참여는 진로의식성숙에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 청소년의 대인관계성향은 진로의식성숙에 유의한 영향을 미친다.
With assumption that sports participation of adolescents takes a role of mediator to improve interpersonal orientation and, as a result, enhance career maturity, this study identifies sports participation and interpersonal orientation as elements affecting enhancement of career maturity of adolescents and analyzes casual relationship with career maturity of adolescents. The purpose of this study is to prepare the theoretical ground for a role of sports participation on enhancement of career maturity of adolescents. To achieve the goal, a population was set with middle and high school students in Incheon, Cyeonggi, Chungbuk. Among them, 400 students were selected in quota sampling which is one of Non-Probability Sampling Methods. Finally, effective samples of 382 in total were secured for analysis, excluding non-respondents or insincere respondents. For study tool for collecting data, question items used in existing studies were revised and supplemented fit to the study. The statistical methods used for this study are exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling analysis. The conclusion of this study are as follows: First, sports participation of adolescents had significant effect on interpersonal orientation. Second, sports participation of adolescents had not effect on career maturity Third, interpersonal orientation of adolescents had significant effect on career maturity.
