본 연구의 목적은 결혼이민여성의 문화적응스트레스와 결혼만족도 간의 관계에서 사회적지지가 매개효과가 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 평균 및 신뢰도계수, 다중회귀분석, 다중공선성 분석이 이루어졌다. 자료 수집은 2015년 5월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 경기지역 사회복지관, 다문화가족지원센터, 건강가 정지원센터에서 400부 중 370부를 회수하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼이민여성의 문화적응스트레스는 결혼만족도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 매개변수인 사회적지지는 문화적응스트레스와 결혼만족도 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 결혼이민여성의 사회적지지는 결혼만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과를 토대로 사회적지지를 위한 정보제공과 실천적 함의를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify wether social support has a mediating effect on the relationship between acculturation stress and marital satisfaction of marriage migrant women. Data analysis was done using the SPSS 20.0 program on frequency, mean value and reliability coefficient. Multiple regression analysis and multicollinearity analysis was also performed using the same software. The data was collected from social welfare centers, multicultural family support centers, and healthy family support centers in Gyeonggi-do Province from May 1st to July 30th, 2015. A return rate of 370 out of 400 surveys was achieved. The results of the analysis were as follows. First, the acculturation stress of marriage migrant women had a negative effect on their marital satisfaction. Second, social support did indeed have a mediating effect between acculturation stress and marital satisfaction. Third, social support on marriage migrant women had a positive effect on their marital satisfaction. This study offers information vital to provide social support for marriage migrant women, and serves to support a practical measure.
