이 연구의 목적은 2014 학교문화예술교육 문학 창작 분야 시범사업으로 운영되었던 문학 창작 교육에서 예술강사의 전문성 요인을 밝혀 창작 교수 역량의 제고 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 따라서 학교문화예술교육에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 그 취지와 내용을 전체 개괄하였다. 그리고 2014 학교문화예술교육 문학 창작 분야 시범사업의 특징을 설명한 뒤 예술강사의 전문성 요인을 밝혀 보았다. 본고에서는 문학 창작 분야 예술강사의 선발 기준 세부 내용과 16개 고등학교 1차시 창작 수업 모니터링 및 4개 고등학교 16차시 영상 분석, 창작 수업 사전·사후 학생 인식 설문조사 분석을 바탕으로 하여, 창작 교육에서 예술강사의 전문성 요인을 도출하였다. 그것은 크게 5가지 정도로 대별된다. 첫째, 창작과 관련된 자격 요건이다. 둘째, 창작 교육의 목적에 대한 이해 능력이다. 셋째, 창작 교수 능력이다. 넷째, 정서적 공감 능력이다. 다섯째, 교육 환경의 활용 능력이다. 향후 학교문화예술교육 문학 창작 수업이 현장의 교실에서 효과적으로 전개될 수 있기 위해서는 예술강사의 5가지 전문성 요인이 강화될 수 있도록 교사 교육이 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to search out the art instructors` Professionalism of Literary creative writing field at the school based Arts and Culture Education and to seek the direction of increase teaching competency of creative writing. That`s why we outlined the full content and the purpose to promote the understanding of the school based Arts and Culture Education. And we said the Professionalism of art instructors after describing the characteristics of it. In this study, It derived arts instructor`s expertise in Literary creative writing field with selection criteria details of the art instructors for literary creative writing field, creative class monitoring in 16 high schools, Video analysis of 16 class periods in 4 High Schools, survey analysis of students` awareness in pre creative class and post creative class. It is largely classified as 5 branches. First, its the eligibility requirements related to the creative writing. Second, its the ability to understand the purpose of creative education. Third, its the creative teaching and learning. Fourth, its the emotional empathy. Finally, its the literacy education environment. To be deployed effectively the creative writing education of the school based Arts and Culture Education at the classroom scene in the future, the Art instructors should be made with the training so that 5 professional factors of them can be strengthened.
