This survey investigates white collar office workers’s emotion(anger)regulation in their communication. The results of the study showed that approximately 75% of office workers struggled with emotional difficulty in their communication once or twice a month or more. In addition, When they could not control their communication, most used the meaning of language and profanity to ignore others’ presence. The educational communication program should explored appropriate communication reactions and accurate judgment for an ideal situation to improve office workers’ emotion(anger) regulation.
