본고의 목적은 ‘공간적 전회’라는 시대적 요청에 답하며, 새롭게 공간 개념을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 공간의 역동적 생산을 신체 변이와 더불어 설명하는 들뢰즈의 공간론을 이해하고 그 의의를 살피고자 한다. 들뢰즈의 공간론은 공간을 새롭게 창출하는 공간의 생산적 역량에 주목하며 공간을 생성의 공간으로 정의한다. 생성의 공간은 이미 존재하는 것이 아니라, 변화를 거듭한다. 이러한 생성의 공간은 유연하며, 단수의 공간이 아니라, 복수의 공간들이며 생성하고 사라지고 이동한다. 이러한 생성의 공간은 혼종적이고 이질적인 양상으로 변이하며, 바깥, 환경, 영토의 용어로 설명된다. 또한 생성의 공간은 불변하는 패쇄적인 홈 패인 공간과 유동하고 이동하며, 변화를 거듭하는 매끈한 공간이라는 두 양상으로 나타난다. 이 두 공간은 대립하지 않고 사실상 서로 혼합된 채로만 존재한다. 들뢰즈에게 신체는 힘들의 복합체이며, 위도와 경도로 표시되는 위치이다. 이러한 신체들의 결합이 생성의 공간에서 새로운 공간을 생산한다. 이 점에서 들뢰즈의 생성의 공간은 통제적 공간에서 벗어나 이를 변이하여 새로운 스타일과 해방의 공간을 창출할 수 있는 가능성을 준다.

The purpose of this paper answers the question of which a spatial turn suggests. This paper explains the concept of Deleuze``s spaces and its significance. He accounts for a dynamic space and productions of space. Space is generative. The generative space does not exist already. It isn``t a singular space but also a plurality of the spaces. Spaces appear, disappear and reappear. Charateristic of this space is the hybrid and the heterogeneous. It is expressed as an outside, an environment, a terriority. The generative space has two aspects of the striated and the smooth. The s triated is immutable and closed. The smooth is fluid and open. Two s paces are present while mixed with each other without conflict. Deleuze explains body in two axes. the first axe is affection that is t he combination of bodies and the second axe is the capacity for being affected. In other words, the body is the extent which is the ability to act and the aggregate of powers vested in relation to the body of forces combined with other body and taking power. For deleuze, the body is a position represented by latitude and longitude in a map. So that, Making a body is a cartography producing a new space. In this regard, the generative space gives a possibility to escape from a confined sp ace and creates spaces for a new style and liberation.
