He was raised by his strict father, and he was too uptight because his father always opposed against his plans. However, whenever his father opposed against his plans and will, he could carry through them because of his mother``s active involvement in them. He was much loved by his elder sister and Agieobgae when he was a kid, because his mother was busy for a livelihood. He woke up sexually by his elder sister and Agieobgae. Particularly, his mother complex came from his obsession and debt consciousness by his mother``s devotional sacrifice influenced on his awareness of sexuality, which was one of literary hot issues. He paid attention to human``s inherent vitality, while overcame his mother complex. Sexuality and love revealed in Han Seung-won``s novels showed the imagery of sadism and masochism as mainly erotic love based on physical love, and the abused female forgave and accepted the male with sadism, and finally it was expanded toward agape. It was found that most men infringed upon women``s rights in Han Seung-won``s novels. The broken-hearted women``s persistent vitality led for them to forgive the men and to heal desecrated sexuality.
