The purpose of this study was to investigate the working conditions of estheticians in medical clinics. the data was collected from 75 estheticians in hospitals in Daegu. According to the result, the most difficult job over all was handling the customer complaint. In addition, the factor that affects the expertise the most was consulting and treating customers regardless of their work position. The job satisfaction was high for the medical estheticians. The result of this study will help improving the work performances as well as the job satisfaction of the medical estheticians. The more professional practical training that fits the industry demand will be needed.
