교육실무직원의 업무수행과 근무여건에 대한 학교 구성원의 인식: B광역시교육청을 중심으로
A Study on School Members` Awareness of Education-related Workers` Performance

본 연구의 목적은 교육실무직원의 업무 수행 및 근무여건에 대하여 교육실무직원과 그외 교직원의 인식 차이를 비교하는 것이다. 이를 위해 B광역시 초등학교에 근무하는 교직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 분석을 통해 도출된 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육실무직원의 업무 수행에 대한 학교 구성원들의 인식을 살펴보기 위하여 업무량, 업무 전문성, 업무수행능력, 업무기여도로 나누어 분석한 결과, 업무 전문성에 대하여 교육실무직원보다 그 외 교직원들이 상대적으로 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 근무여건에 대한 학교 구성원들의 인식 차이를 살펴보기 위하여 복지, 교육훈련, 고용관리 분야로 나누어 분석하였는데, 복지에 대해서는 교육실무직원보다 그 외 교직원들이 높은 인식을 보였으나, 반대로 교육훈련과 고용관리에 대해서는 그 외 교직원들의 인식수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학교 구성원으로서의 소속감은 교육실무직원보다 그 외 교직원들의 인식 수준이 높은 것으로 확인되었다.

At school are various workers, among whom this study purposed to look into education-related workers. Education-related workers are those helping teachers with works other than teaching. The purpose of this study is to look into indications through internal members working at school in relation to education-related workers’ actual situation. First, it looked into school members’ awareness of education-related workers’ performance. Second, it looked into school members’ awareness of education-related workers’ working condition. Third, it looked into school members’ awareness of their attachment to school. Research problems set by this study are as follow; First, what awareness do education-related workers, principals, vice principals and local public servants have regarding education-related workers’ performance? Second, what awareness do education-related workers, principals, vice principals and local public servants have regarding education-related workers’ working conditions? Third, what awareness do education-related workers, principals, vice principals and local public servants have regarding education-related workers’ attachment to their school? Research results of this study are analyzed as in the following summary; First, school members’ awareness of education-related workers showed that the two groups are the same in workload, work performing ability and contribution level while teaching staff other than education-related workers have higher awareness of work expertise. Second, a look into difference in school members’ awareness of working conditions showed that teaching staff other than education-related workers have higher awareness of welfare, educational training and employment management. Third, a look into their attachment as part of school members showed that teaching staff other than education-related workers have higher awareness as part of school members.
