중심축 반응훈련 원리를 적용한 배드민턴 놀이가 자폐성장애 아동의 놀이자발성 및 운동협응성에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 중심축 반응훈련 원리를 적용한 배드민턴 놀이가 자폐성장애 아동의 놀이자발성과 운동협응성에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 S시에 소재한 특수체육센터를 이용하는 자폐성장애 아동 중 연구에 참여를 원하는 8명을 대상으로 하였으며, 12주간총 24회기(50분/회)를 실시하였다. 사전ㆍ사후평가로 CPS검사와 MABC-2평가를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 중심축 반응훈련 원리를 적용한 배드민턴 놀이가 자폐성장애 아동의 놀이자발성 및 운동협응성 향상에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자폐성장애 아동의 놀이자발성과 운동협응성 향상에 대한 연구는 지속적으로 필요하다. 또한 자폐성장애 아동의 동기를 활용한 활동 중재 연구도 필요하다.

The study investigated effect of intervention of badminton play that applies pivotal response training principle on play spontaneity and motor coordination of child with autism spectrum disorder. The study subjects were 8 children with autism spectrum disorders who wanted to participate in this study among children with autistic disorder using special athletics center located in S city. Exercise was done during 12 weeks - 24 sessions in total, 50 minutes each session. For analysis of collected data, CPS test and MABC-2 assessment were carried out before and after study. SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis. The analysis aimed to know effect of intervention of badminton play that applies pivotal response training principle on child with autism spectrum disorders. As the study result, it was found that intervention of badminton play that applies pivotal response training principle was effective for play spontaneity and motor coordination of child with autism spectrum disorder. It would be necessary to study play spontaneity and motor coordination of child with autistic spectrum disorder. The study used response intervention principle. Also it would be necessary to further study intervention using motivation of child with autism spectrum disorder.
