본 연구는 2001년 1월부터 2013년 12월까지 12년 동안 정서ㆍ행동장애와 자폐성 장애를 대상으로 연구 되어진 특수체육 프로그램 및 중재에 대한 실험연구의 동향을 분석하였다. 분석 대상의 논문은 여섯 차례의 선별과정을 거쳐 집단연구 12편, 단일대상연구 8편으로 총20편의 분석 대상 논문이 최종적으로 선정되었다. 선정된 대상 논문은 첫째, 일반적 특징(발행지 및 연도, 대상자, 장애유형, 연령, 독립변인, 종속변인)에 따른 분석틀에 근거하여 분석하였다. 둘째, 근거 기반의 실제에 제시되어진 질적 지표에 따라 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 대상 논문의 일반적 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국특수체육학회지, 정서ㆍ행동장애연구 발행지 순으로 나타났으며, 대상자의 경우 주의력결핍과잉행동장애(ADHD)와 자폐성 장애로 학령기에 있는 대상자 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 둘째, 특수체육 프로그램은 스포츠, 체육, 운동을 주제로 한 독립변인이 주를 이루었으며, 종속변인은 정서, 가치, 태도, 행동에 관련된 정의적 측면의 연구가 전체 분석 대상 논문 중 61.9%를 차지하였다. 근거 기반의 실제 질적 지표에 따른 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단일대상 연구의 경우 대부분의 연구들이 필수적 질적 지표에 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 단일대상 연구에서 기초선안정화, 연구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 입증 할 수 있는 관찰자 간 신뢰도, 중재 충실도가 부재되어있는 연구가 많이 나타났다. 둘째, 집단연구의 경우 질적 지표 요인에 충족하지 못한 연구들이 대부분이었다. 이러한 결과는 추후 특수체육 프로그램 적용 연구에 있어 근거기반의 실제를 구축하기 위해서는 반복연구가 가능하도록 연구 방법 및 절차와 연구 결과에 대한 효과 입증하기 위해서는 보다 정확하고 명확한 연구 과정의 진행 기술이 필요할 것으로 사료되어진다.

This study analyzed experimental tendency of researches of adapted physical education programs and arbitrations for persons with emotional and/or behavioral disorder and autistic spectrum disorder from January 2001 to December 2013 during 12 years. The target researches went through 6 selecting processes. From the process, 12 group researches, 8 single subject researches and total of 20 researches were selected finally. The selection process contains two grounds. First, general characteristics such as publication companies, publication year, participants, types of disorder, age, independent variables, dependent variables were involved in the analyses frame. Second, analyses were performed through quantitative index which suggested by Evidence-Based Practicey. General characteristics of analysed results were as follow: First, Frequency of publication was in order of the Korean Journal of Adapted Physical Activity, journals of emotional and behavioral area. Second, in terms of participants, the most frequency was recorded in the field of ADHD and autistic spectrum disorder, and school age students were analysed the most. Third, for independent variables, sports, physical education, and exercise were the most popular for the adapted physical education program and arbitrations. For dependent variables, emotions, merits, attitudes, and behavior researches in relation with researches of feeling were recorded 61.9% from analysed researches. Results of analysis of quantitative index suggested by practical ground base were as follow: First, in terms of single subject design, most researches did not meet the requirement of requisite quantitative index. Specially, reliability and substantiality between observers were not existed in many researches. Second, in terms of group researches, the most researches did not meet requirements of quantitative index factor. These results indicated that more precise and accurate research methods and procedures need to be applied and recorded for establishing practical ground base in implementation of adapted physical education program and increasing possibility of repeated research.
