본 연구는 문학치료적 글쓰기와 내러티브 연구를 통해 대학생의 자아정체성 형성과정을 살펴보고 자아정체성 하위변인들과의 관련성을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 D시에 소재하는 S대학교 1학년생 4명을 대상으로 문학치료적 글쓰기와 인터뷰를 실시하고 내러티브 연구를 통해 대학생의 자아정체성 형성과정을 살펴보았다. 대학생의 문학치료적 글쓰기가 자아정체성 형성과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 내러티브 연구를 통해 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 문학치료적 글쓰기와 인터뷰를 통한 중재가 자아정체성의 하위범주인 주체성 발휘와 자기수용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 문학치료적 글쓰기와 인터뷰를 통한 중재가 자아정체성의 하위범주인 미래 확신성 향상과 목표지향성 의지를 형성하는 것에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 문학치료적 글쓰기와 인터뷰를 통한 중재가 자아정체성의 하위범주인 주도성 발휘와 친밀성 인식을 형성하는 것에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the college students ego-identity through the literary therapeutic writing and interview. The program of the literary therapeutic writing and interview was organized for them to express their ideas and feelings in literary frames with literary text about their individual’s life. 4 college students attended the program for six months in a row. The methodology employed in this research draws from the traditions of narrative inquiry. Study findings from such analysis processes are as follows: 1) the literary therapeutic writing and interview improved the initiativeness and self -receptiveness of the college students ego-identity’s subfactor. 2) the literary therapeutic writing and interview improved the confirmativeness for future and goal orientedness of the college students ego-identity’s subfactor. 3) the literary therapeutic writing and interview improved the subjectivity and intimacy of the college students ego-identity’s subfactor. In conclusion, this study showed that the literary therapeutic writing and interview was effective to form the ego-identity of the college students. Based on these results, theoretical and practical implications as well as suggestions for future research in this area were discussed.
