본 연구는 그림카드를 활용한 SST기반 문학치료 프로그램이 정서ㆍ행동장애 청소년의 주의력결핍, 과잉행동, 부주의-수동성 감소에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 조사연구의 대상은 D시 소재 A 고등학교의 ADHD 의심 청소년이 포함된 6개 반의, 총 17명의 정서ㆍ행동장애청소년이며, 선정된 청소년들을 대상으로 각각 8명과 9명씩 프로그램참여집단과 통제집단으로 무선 배치하였다. 사전-사후-추후 통제집단 설계방법으로 실험에 대한 처치와 그 효과를 검증하였다. 문학치료 프로그램 참여, 통제 두 집단에 사전-사후-추후검사를 실시하였고, 참여집단에게는 문학치료 프로그램을 실시하고, 통제집단에는 아무런 처치를 제공하지 않았다. 그림카드를 활용한 SST기반 문학치료 프로그램을 개발하고 사전검사를 실시한 후, 10주에 걸쳐 주 1회씩 총 10회 실시하였고, 사후검사 및 추후검사를 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과가 유의한지 알아보기 위해 SST기반 문학치료 프로그램 참여여부를 독립변수로 하고, ADHD 변화량, ADHD의 4가지 하위요인에 따른 각각의 변화량을 종속변수로 하여 일원배치 분산분석 (One-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 그림카드를 활용한 SST기반 문학치료 프로그램을 통하여 정서ㆍ행동장애청소년의 ADHD가 감소되었다. 또한 그림카드를 활용한 SST기반 문학치료 프로그램을 통하여 정서ㆍ행동장애청소년의 ADHD 하위영역 중 과잉행동문제, 부주의-수동성문제, 과잉행동지수를 감소시켰다. 본 연구를 통하여 그림카드를 활용한 SST기반 문학치료 프로그램이 정서ㆍ행동장애청소년의 주의력결핍, 과잉행동, 부주의-수동성 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was to examine the effectiveness of using literary therapy program based on SST(Social Skills Training) by using picture cards to decrease ADHD of Adolescents for EBD. The participants are 17 preschoolers who under the age of 16, of a highschool located in ‘D’ City. 8 preschoolers who agreed to participate were the experiment group, the other Adolescents were the control group. The result of this study showed that literary therapy program based on SST by using picture cards was an effective intervention technique for Adolescents with emotional and behavior problems. The study provided empirical data how to apply and utilize literary therapy program based on SST by using picture cards as a tool of integrated therapy with emotional and behavior disabled Adolescents based upon the results, and the value of the study can be found in the empirical data. In conclusion, this study showed that the literary therapy program based on SST by using picture cards was effective to decrease ADHD of Adolescents for EBD.
