본 연구는 청소년의 진로정체감과 삶의 만족에 대한 영향요인을 파악하여 효율적인 청소년 진로개발 프로그램 개발을 위한 근거를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 진로정체감과 삶의 만족에 밀접한 관련을 보이는 학습습관, 정서문제, 학교생활적응과 진로정체감, 삶의 만족 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 한국 아동ㆍ청소년 패널조사 2014(KCYPS, 2014)의 3차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구 대상은 남학생 1,075명, 여학생 1,033명으로 총 2,351명(결측 243명)이었다. 학습습관과 정서문제, 학교생활적응 요인과 진로정체감, 삶의 만족 간의 구조방정식 분석을 결과 연구모형의 적합도는 적절한 수준으로 나타났으며, 구체적으로 살펴보았을 때 진로 정체감은 청소년의 학습습관이 잘 형성되고 정서적 문제를 덜 경험할수록 긍정적으로 발달하는 것으로 나타났으며, 청소년의 삶의 만족은 진로정체감이 잘 형성되고 정서문제를 덜 경험하며 학교생활에 잘 적응할수록 높게 나타났으며 삶의 만족 전체 변량의 42%가 본 연구의 연구 모형에 의해 설명되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 청소년의 진로개발 관련 프로그램 또는 직업 준비를 위한 교육에서 개인 내적인 요인을 고려하는 것의 필요성을 보여주는 결과로 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to provide the basis for developing effective career development program for adolescents through investigating the influence factors of careers identity and life satisfaction for adolescent. For this purpose, study habits, emotional problem, and school life adaption were selected as related-factors for career identity and life satisfaction, and the structural relationship between study habits, emotional problem, school life adaption, careers identity and life satisfaction were analyzed. The study utilized 3rd year data from Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2014 (KCYPS, 2014) to examine the influence factors of the careers identity and life satisfaction for adolescent. Study subjects consisted with 1,075 male students and 1,033 female students. The results of this study were as follows. Study model showed appropriate model fit. And study habits and emotional problem showed significant effects on career identity for adolescent. Also emotional problem, school life adaption and career identity showed significant effects on life satisfaction for adolescent. In our study, 42% of total variation about life satisfaction was explained by the study model.
